после просмотра многих тем понял что дроп с рб править лучше вручную. отсюда вопрос что именно менять в npcdata что бы повысить шанс(не количество) выпадаемых вещей. вот пример РБ, по умолчанию х1.

На примере {[blessed_scrl_of_ench_am_s];1;1;15.0943} - первая 1 - мин.количество, вторая 1 - макс. количество, 15.0943 - шанс в %.
Таким образом (если я правильно понимаю) финальный шанс выпадения армор S блесски составляет 15.0943 * (56.0177/100) = 8.4555%
Важно: сумма шансов выпадения вещей в группе должна составлять ровно 100%
