Это помоему статистика посещения сайта виновата, криво у меня пашет почему то...
Только удаляю эту строку
$date=date("y.m.d H:i:s");
ошибка уходит но статистика не пашет тогда
Примерно каждых 5 минут вылазит вот такое чудо сверху сайта

попробуй Appserver он у меня щас стоит и обвяз этот тоже установлен и все гуд http://depositfiles.com/ru/files/6930038
